Valerie Polley, RDN, is a member of the board of GlutenFreeIndy and has recently gone into private practice specializing in Celiac Disease, gluten sensitivity, IBS, and other nutrition-related GI problems.   You can find out more about the services she offers at her website, Blue Tree Nutrition.
Free Screening  The University of Chicago Celiac Disease Center hosts a free screening day every October.  Registration will begin in September, see this page for more info. 
The Gluten Free Food Allergy Fest​ is coming to Indianapolis again this year!  The event will be held at the Fairgrounds on October 29th and 30th.  You can receive a 20% discount on tickets when they are purchased through the Fest website using our group's Promo code "GlutenFreeIndy".  Click here to buy tickets. 
Volunteers are also needed for the Gluten-Free Food Allergy Fest.  Volunteers usually sign up for a 4 hour shift at the show and in return they receive a Fest t-shirt and a free pass to the show for the weekend.  Anyone interested in volunteering can go to the volunteer page to sign up:  http://www.glutenfreefoodallergyfest.com/volunteer/​
The Isabel Symptom Checker is a good way to input symptoms and search for possible diagnoses. There is a free version for consumers.  It's a good idea to read the Help section before using it. This is an interesting video about how the symptom checker was started.
